The Beast is an extremely challenging undertaking. The program is a three day personal and small team development course that links a number of adventurous activities and problematic engagements to produce the ultimate learning outcome.

The Beast is for those teams that are prepared to expose themselves to risk and adversity and participants that are willing to extend themselves beyond their comfort zone, in order to seek wisdom and empowerment through redefinition of their capability.

The program focuses on the revelation of those parts of the human psyche that impede individual achievement and is designed to allow individuals to identify, understand and eliminate the mental forces that erode their power. By eliminating these obstacles we unlock true potential and possibility.

The Beast will improve each participant’s resourcefulness, communication skills, adaptability and resolve. Participants will become less risk averse whilst simultaneously developing more accurate means of appraisal and a greater sense of responsibility for their actions. The program will strengthen intra-team support systems, leadership and planning ability, whilst providing high levels of enjoyment and an enormous sense of achievement.

Upon completion, a desire to seek out and fully engage challenging situations will become fundamental to team ethos.
